How to make a simple 8-point window star

Waldorf Window stars are the German tradition of light catchers known to be made in Waldorf schools and families. They are made to decorate the windows and hanged on the windows for the light to come through.  Without doubt I shall say the look so much better than just a cut out snowflakes in winter!
