How to Bake an Apple Strudel

Total time approximately 1 hour
Ingredients:
Package of puff dough containing 2 sheets – thawed
4 large apples Granny Smith – peeled, cored, sliced
75g butter – melted
100g dried apricots – cut in quarters
50g golden raisins (optionally)
2-4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
50g almonds – chopped
50g walnuts – chopped
75-100g light brown sugar
Flour
Powdered sugar
Method:
Take ¾ of melted butter using a large skillet. Add dried apricots, almonds, walnuts, raisins (optionally), sugar. Mix well and then add cinnamon and nutmeg, sauté a few minutes. Combine with apples mixing carefully and simmer for 5 minutes. Leave …
